EVERYTHING ABOUT SPAM CALL

somebody video clip called me yesterday eight/6/24 from my son's gmail , I believed it was him then I answered, not one person was there to reply, I hung up, then texted my son he said it was not him, will that be a means for scammers to enter into my phone and get my data???? what really should I do?If I report a text scam for the FTC at the deal
